To our valued customers and friends:

                                                                 We have recently implented a $1.50 per hour

                                                                 fuel surcharge for adult passenger fares. This

                                                                 surcharge will ony be applied for time spent on

                                                                 the water, not dockside.

                                                                 We sincerely regret the need for this surcharge,

                                                                  and have avoided it as long as possible; however,

                                                                  the cost of our fuel has increased dramatically in the

                                                                  recent months.

                                                                 In order to minimize the impact for familes traveling

                                                                 on the Julia Belle, we have chosen not to apply the

                                                                 surcharge on children's fares.
